Friday the 6th of October 2023 was World Cerebral Palsy Day. We visited Grace Haven School with some of the children at SECHILD Center. A few of the children said they had seen children with CP in the hospitals, but many said it was their first time. A greater percentage of the children heard about Cerebral Palsy and understood that it was a medical condition that day. Both children showed excitement (the children from SECHILD Center and those in Grace Haven School). The students/pupils of Grace Haven School promised to share their experience, knowledge gained about CP, make children with special needs their friends and not discriminate against them.
