Our structure

  • Board of Trustees — strategic oversight and accountability.
  • Executive leadership — day-to-day direction of programs, operations, and finances.
  • Programs team— therapy & rehabilitation, parent empowerment, community outreach, advocacy, and research.
  • Residential care staff — 24-hour care for the children living at our center.
  • Volunteers & community champions — extending our reach into the communities we serve.
